Megan Fox has nearly a dozen tattoos. I find it interesting that Her Body Art includes the passage, “We will all laugh at gilded butterflies”, which is paraphrased from Act 5, Scene 3 of Shakespeare’s “King Lear”. As I believe, King Lear was imprisoned and quite mad by this time. Also, isn’t a gilded butterfly interpreted as “pretty on the outside and fragile on the inside”. IJS I’m not sure if that’s a good message, especially in the context used here.
