To have your images considered for posting in our Public Gallery, please send FULL sized images in JPG format (one per email) to us at Submit@HerBodyArt.com. Please read and agree to “Pertaining to ALL Submissions” below and our Model Release.

Professional Photographers

To have your images considered for posting in our Pro Gallery, please email one of the following to us at Submit@HerBodyArt.com.

1) Full sized images in JPG format (one per email), or
2) a valid URL where the images are located and may be downloaded from.

An acceptable submission will include the date photos were taken and the model’s name (AKA stage name) to be used, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 images per model. Alternately, you can submit single images of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 different models. Please include each model’s name and photo shoot date.

Please be sure your images are watermarked prior to sending. Landscape images should be a minimum of 1200 pixels wide by 900 pixels high. Portrait images should be a minimum of 1200 pixels high by 800 pixels wide. All images should be internet standard 72 dpi jpgs.

It is our goal to promote your web site by providing a link to your other works, so you also need to submit a link to your preferred website. Please note your images may be resized and/or cropped to conform with the flow of our web site and therefore watermarks near the edge of images are not recommended. We would also appreciate a short paragraph of approximately 50 words about you that we can copy and paste.

In turn, we ask you to feel free to share HerBodyArt.com with others.

Submissions that fail to adhere to the above guidelines will either be ignored or relegated and attributed in our Public Gallery.

By sending us your images, you agree you have the legal right to do so and you are granting us express permission to crop and/or edit as we deem necessary and display such images on our web site as well as on any potential marketing materials pertaining to the promotion of this web site. You further agree to hold us completely harmless from any liability whatsoever associated with our use of the images. Models submitting images hereby agree to the terms of our Model Release without exception.
